We Do Not Offer a Sale and Return Policy
Distance buying regulations provide a cooling off period (not a try before you buy period) and a right to cancel your order should you decide not to complete the transaction. The cooling off period begins as soon as the order has been made and ends 7 working days after the day of receipt of the goods. The regulations require the customer to contact us in writing to notify us of the intent to cancel/return the order. We cannot accept returns/cancellations if we have not been notified in writing before this period has lapsed. E-mail is an acceptable way to notify us and we will confirm that we have received such communication and we will send a returns form which must be enclosed with the returned item/s. If an order is cancelled within this cooling off period but has already been dispatched, we would expect the goods to be returned to us before we processed the refund. We do not refund return carriage costs, but can offer a collection serice for £7.99. We also reserve the right to charge a restocking fee for items returned that are not in a suitable condition.
